DELIVERY & SHIPPING
The Big Towel offers FREE delivery for the purchase of any items within Australia. Express shipping is also available at Checkout for a flat rate of $12 per towel.
For orders outside of Australia, please refer to the below rates:

We try our best to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received (Mon-Fri). If orders are made before Noon on business days, we try to send them out the same day.
Once shipped, an email will be sent to your provided email address which will include the name of the courier and your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received your tracking information, you can contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery times vary according to destination/postcode. We primarily utilise Australia Post for deliveries so PO Boxes are welcome but may sometimes also use StarTrack, Fastway and Couriers Please for some deliveries.
Insurance is included in all our deliveries.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want to keep all of our customers happy so we provide full refunds or exchanges on any product within 30 days of receipt of your order. The below conditions apply:
If your return is in anyway as a result of an error by The Big Towel, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to return the merchandise and will happily refund purchase costs and all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning, once we have received the goods.
If the return is not as a result of an error by The Big Towel, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging including, where applicable, all accessories.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
No refunds will be available after the 30 day period has expired.
